This book is filled with insight that will help one to rise above circumstances that presents a balanced and biblical perspective to living life from an eternal perspective. The author gives inspiration and biblical principals that foster the truth of God’s Word and a renewing of the mind that brings encouragement and peace to one’s mind and heart, as the chapters progress, one will learn to find satisfaction and be content despite circumstances.

Shayla Hilton  highlights Paul’s emphasis in learning to become content in all circumstances and briefly addresses and defines contentment. The author gives easy-to-read and short chapters that will help a person engage on a journey that moves forward. Progressive in nature, this teaching gives plenty of the Word of God that offers hope.

Each chapter addresses how to live in world with contentment. The Bible says that living with contentment is great godly gain. When you can live in obedience to this, life is bigger, better and brighter than ever before. With such chapters as: Positively Powerful, Ditching Doubt, From Distrust to Trust, Courageous: Facing the Fear, Confidence is Calling, Healing for the Hardened Heart, Press Pause, Peace Not Pieces, Saying ‘Yes’ to Surrender, and Situated in Satisfaction, the author advocates intimacy with the Father, Son, and Spirit. At the end of each chapter are personal reflections and a prayer to one emphasize the chapter’s content.

This book come highly recommended as a tool to help one get from negative to positive, offering a journey through to contentment. A wonderful and well-written read.
